Randy Fauchier, Founder and CFO

 

Randy brings a passion for quality, attention to detail, and big vision thinking balanced by real world budgeting that make him the ideal Chief Financial Officer for our company. Launching and growing multiple businesses in locations across the world, he has the financial experience the company needs to succeed in the infrastructure construction services industry.  With a career in construction business finance spanning three decades, Randy has most recently been a CFO for two different commercial construction firms.  He has successfully raised startup funds, navigated international business licenses and tax laws, and is especially adept at making a company profitable for investors and employees alike. 

Randy also has extended experience in wastewater and sanitation infrastructure.  He has served elected positions on sanitation boards and has consulted on many different wastewater and sanitation projects across the country.

Dan Fauchier, VP of Construction Management

Dan is an internationally recognized design and construction consultant providing services to public and private owner organizations, design-build teams and international associations including Construction Industry Institute, Project Management Institute, Lean Construction Institute and Lean Construction Institute-Qatar in the areas of Lean Design and Construction, Progressive Design-Build contracting and administration, creation of high performing teams and timely completion of large infrastructure projects. Dan has facilitated, trained and coached over a hundred projects, companies and private and public agencies. In addition to Alignment Partnering and cross-organizational team effectiveness, this includes the Last Planner® System (pull planning), Root Cause Analysis, Value Stream Mapping, Rapid Improvement (Kaizen) Events, Target Value Design, CBA, A3 and various other principles, tools and techniques and curriculum development.

Joahn Ginsberg, VP of Development

Joahn has a history of building proven sales structures and leading over-performing sales and marketing teams. Having successfully led the Western sales managers for Intuitive Surgical, she brings a wealth of knowledge in compelling customers, leading high performing teams and changing markets. Prior to Intuitive, she held leadership positions in sales and marketing for Stryker and helped built a sales strategy for late-stage startup ZL Technologies.  Joahn has her undergraduate degree from Santa Clara University and her MBA from Pepperdine University. She resides in Mill Valley with her husband Josh, and her kids Zach and Ella.


Jeffrey Taylor, EVP of Construction

Jeff Taylor is a licensed contractor, (CA #) and has decades of experience in all facets of the construction and contracting business. He has managed multi million dollar construction contracts and has worked both in the front end doing management and out in the field taking innovative designs from conception to reality. Navigating the indepth and often convoluted world of codes and compliance is a passion of Jeff’s. His diligence, ethical compass, attention to detail and knowledge of the contruction world make him an invaluable member of the Clean Lines Power team.

Jessica Taylor, Operations Officer

Jessica has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Santa Clara University and went on to attend the International Affairs program at Sacramento State University in California.  She has experience working on energy policy and communications for Lt. Governor John Garamendi in California and has a passion for renewal energy and how it can transform the world.  Her diverse career includes clinical sales in robotic surgery, university job development, press and communications roles inside and outside of the government, and small business finance.  Jessica joined Clean Lines Power as the Chief Operating Officer and brings a passion for sustainable energy solutions and dynamic background to this role.
